New-Build Turks and Caicos Canal Villa Lists for $1.795 Million

A new-build villa in the Leeward neighborhood of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos has listed for $1.795 million, Caribbean Journal has learned. 

Villa Rise, set in the Kira Isles area, has four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and 5,000 interior square feet. 

It’s being listed with Patrick Staples of Turks and Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty.

The property was completed just before the beginning of the pandemic, with a range of impressive amenities ranging from a private pool and outdoor kitchen and dining area to a number of “smart” features including a smart energy cooling system, solar-powered security cameras and a smart lock.

The home has 5,000 square feet of interior space.

Most notably, it includes 60 feet of canal frontage and a private dock.  

“The villa is completely ‘turn key’ as a sparkling and new vacation rental business or as your escape from the rest of the world,” Staples says.
