Ritz-Carlton Turks and Caicos “On Schedule” for Fall 2021 Debut
The new Ritz-Carlton Residences, Grace Bay in Turks and Caicos has hit another major construction milestone, completing the top floor of both the resort and the project’s two residential towers.
And developer Desarollo Hotelco says the property is “on schedule” for a planned debut in the fall of next year.
Structures for the property’s restaurants, spa, casino, pools and garages have also been completed.
“We are very excited to have reached this important milestone, thanks to the hard work and dedication of our construction team and our support staff,” said Roberto Stipa of developer Desarollos Hotelco. “With Construction right on schedule we are looking forward to opening this magnificent Resort and luxury Residences in fall 2021.”
The project is the first major branded resort in Turks and Caicos, set on nearly 700 feet of beachfront on Providenciales’ signature Grace Bay Beach.
The resort will consist of 124 hotel units in one tower, along with 60 residential units set across a pair of towers.
The project will be the tallest in Turks and Caicos.
