Ritz-Carlton Relaunches Construction in Turks and Caicos

By: Caribbean Journal Staff

The new Ritz-Carlton Residences in Turks and Caicos has officially resumed construction on Grace Bay Beach in Providenciales.

The new project is now on schedule for a fall 2021 delivery, Caribbean Journal Invest has learned.

“Anticipation continues to build as this privileged collection of luxurious residences, exclusive resort pleasures and legendary Ritz-Carlton service comes into view,” said Walter Gardiner, Jr of Regency-Christie’s International Real Estate in Turks and Caicos

The project has already seen the construction of floors 1-12 of the hotel and residence tower A.

Construction of the project’s Tower B is approaching the 10th floor.

The Ritz-Carlton has also completed the structures for the Ritz-Carlton Spa, Grand Ball Room, fine dining eatery and the beachfront bar and grill.

Notably, the Ritz-Carlton will also feature a casino.

It’s the first major five-star hotel brand to be build in Turks and Caicos, set on 688 feet of the destination’s signature Grace Bay Beach.

The residential resort has units starting at $1.7 million, with beachfront units beginning at $3.2 million.

It’s part of what remains a sizzling hotel development pipeline in the Turks and Caicos, even amid the pandemic.

Several major brands are also slated to come to the destination over the next few years, including Hyatt’s Andaz brand and Dream Hotel Group, among others.

That’s along with other highly-anticipated new resort projects like the Rock House.
