The Caribbean’s Only Marley Resort Is For Sale
The only hotel in the Caribbean with the Marley brand name is now for sale in Nassau, Caribbean Journal Invest has learned.
The 17-suite Marley Resort and Spa, which was at one time the vacation home of Bob and Rita Marley, has been listed for sale for $9.5 million.
In all, there are 21 bedrooms and 26.5 bathrooms, with a total property size of 19,580 interior square feet on a 32,554-square-foot lot.
Bahamas real estate brokerage CA Christie’s Gavin Christie has the listing on the property, which is set directly on New Providence’s iconic Cable Beach, just a short distance from the Baha Mar megaresort.
The hotel has a full-service spa, a restaurant, commercial office and retail space and a standalone five-bedroom, 5.5 bedroom beachfront villa.
That’s along with amenities like two swimming pools, a Jacuzzi and a 600kw standby generator and a 50,000-gallon water tank.
