Turks and Caicos Is Getting a New Luxury Villa Resort
The first new-build project on Turks and Caicos’ Grace Bay Beach in more than a decade is close to completing construction, with plans to open this winter, Caribbean Journal Invest has learned.
The fast-growing Beach Enclave brand is debuting the new Beach Enclave Grace Bay luxury villa resort in December.
The project consists of 10 standalone villas, each with beach and ocean views.

The property is set across a 10-acre site, with each of the four primary beachfront villas boasting 100 fett of private beachfront.
That’s along with another 100 feet reserved for the six ocean-view villas.
The property will include resort amenities and services, along with the Beach Enclave brand’s butler service, in-villa spa services, a fitness center and basketball, tennis and bocce courts.
Only one beachfront villa is currently available for purchase, according to the company.
The project is the third for the Beach Enclave brand, joining the existing Beach Enclave North Shore, which debuted in 2016, and Beach Enclave Long Bay, which is slated to debut in 2022 with a total of 26 “club residences.”
The project is part of a surging pipeline of resorts and residential resorts in the Turks and Caicos, led by the soon-to-debut Ritz-Carlton Residences, Grace Bay, the Ritz-Carlton brand’s first-ever property in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
That project is slated for a fall 2021 delivery.
