A roughly 25-acre property on Elizabeth Island in The Bahamas’ Exuma chain has hit the market for $10.25 million, offering a sizable waterfront development opportunity just offshore from George Town.

The property includes an existing four-bedroom, five-bathroom residence, along with a private dock and boat lift, a roughly 34,000-gallon rainwater cistern and several elevated areas that rise to nearly 70 feet above sea level.
