The 2024 opening of Sandals Saint Vincent and the Grenadines brought a major new resort to the island’s southwestern coast, with overwater villas, private-pool suites, 12 food concepts, nine bars and a backdrop of steep green hills that looks very different from the Caribbean destinations where the brand already had a presence.

The Vincy Overwater Two-Story Villas have two levels, rooftop decks, overwater daybeds and butler service. Food is a major part of the experience, with 12 concepts and nine bars across the property. Buccan draws on local Vincentian cooking. Butch’s Island Chop House handles steaks.
