The architecture favors long lines, open sightlines, and a restrained interior. The house works particularly well for couples traveling together or a smaller group that wants privacy near the island’s busiest beach district.
St. Jean puts much of the island close at hand. You can spend the afternoon at St. Jean Beach, have lunch near the water, browse the boutiques around the bay, and return home before sunset.
The villa’s position above the neighborhood also gives it distance from the activity below. The sea remains in view, but the house stays private.
