The hills of Petite Saline rise above the sea. Flamands opens onto a wide sweep of sand. St. Jean brings beach clubs, restaurants, boutiques, and the unmistakable pulse of St. Barth.

Six new villas have joined the portfolio of WIMCO St. Barth Properties, spanning Petite Saline, St. Jean, Flamands, and Marigot. They range from four to five bedrooms, with settings that suit couples, families, and groups of friends.

There is a hillside house for sunset drinks. A contemporary retreat above St. Jean. A five-bedroom villa near Flamands Beach. A quiet residence in Marigot. A playful home with its own character. And a villa centered around wine, dinner, and long evenings at home.

Each one brings a different way to experience the island.

Villa Dancing Queen, Petite Saline

Some houses naturally become the gathering place for the entire trip.

This four-bedroom retreat in Petite Saline faces broad hillside views, with outdoor spaces that draw everyone toward the pool and terrace. The days start slowly, then build around swims, lunch at home, and drinks as the light changes over the island.

The personality is social and upbeat. Two couples can settle in comfortably. A group of friends can spend the week moving between the terrace, the pool, and dinner without ever feeling the need to rush elsewhere.

Petite Saline also puts you close to Lorient and St. Jean while remaining removed from the island’s busiest streets. You can head down to Lorient Beach, stop for bread or pastries, and return to the hills before dinner.

The house has four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

Current holiday availability includes Christmas and New Year’s week.
