Marriott International is converting the former Catalonia Montego Bay into a 522-room Marriott Hotels All-Inclusive Resort, creating a major new branded property in one of the Caribbean’s most competitive hotel markets.
The beachfront resort is expected to open in 2028 following a renovation and repositioning of the existing property. Plans call for 13 dining venues, three swimming pools, nearly 13,000 square feet of meeting space, a spa, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts and a lazy river.
