There's a new way to get here.

The Bahamas’ most iconic resort is teaming up with Tradewind Aviation on private and semi-private flights from Stuart, Florida to Nassau, with year-round, twice-daily service and a streamlined private-terminal experience.

There’s a new and notably easier way to reach one of the most iconic resorts in The Bahamas, and it skips a lot of the usual airport hassle. Atlantis Paradise Island has announced a new partnership with Tradewind Aviation, offering premium private and semi-private air service between Witham Field in Stuart, Florida and Nassau’s Lynden Pindling International Airport.

It’s a completely different experience from the very first leg. Instead of long security lines and crowded terminals, you get a streamlined, high-touch flight straight to Nassau.

The service is available now, and it pairs naturally with a stay at the resort. Guests of Atlantis can book an exclusive Hotel + Flight Package with Tradewind, with a minimum two-night stay.

The schedule is built for getaways of all lengths. Flights operate year-round, with twice-daily service running between Thursdays and Mondays, and nonstop service from Stuart to Nassau.

For travelers in our region, the departure point is part of the appeal. Witham Field in Stuart sits less than an hour north of Palm Beach, making it an easy, low-stress alternative to South Florida’s larger airports.

The experience on the ground is a big part of the pitch. Flights operate out of the Odyssey private FBO at Lynden Pindling International Airport in Nassau, designed around efficiency, comfort and flexibility.

That means a very different airport day than most travelers are used to. You skip the TSA delays and the unnecessary travel time that usually eat into the first day of a vacation.

The aircraft themselves are a step up as well. Tradewind operates its Southeast flights with a fleet of modern Pilatus PC-12 aircraft, known for their comfortable, premium cabins.

The onboard experience leans into that elevated feel. You’ll find air-conditioned, pressurized cabins, comfortable leather seating, and complimentary snacks and refreshments throughout the flight.

It’s a meaningful change for how guests arrive at the resort. As Atlantis President and Managing Director Audrey Oswell put it, the partnership is about enhancing every stage of the guest journey through convenience, accessibility and luxury service from the moment travel begins.

The idea is that the Atlantis experience now starts well before check-in. Oswell noted that guests can begin enjoying the personalized service and hospitality that define the resort long before they actually arrive.

For Tradewind, the tie-up is a natural next step in its Bahamas growth. The carrier launched scheduled service to Nassau in December 2025, and the Atlantis partnership builds directly on that expansion.

The two brands frame it as a shared, guest-first approach. As Tradewind Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer David Zipkin described it, the partnership pairs the airline’s personal, high-frequency flights from Stuart with the world-class hospitality of Atlantis for effortless connectivity end to end.

Of course, the destination on the other end needs little introduction. Atlantis Paradise Island remains the most iconic resort in The Bahamas, and the property gives you plenty of reasons to make the trip.

At the center of it all is the water. The resort is home to the 141-acre Aquaventure water park, more than five miles of white-sand beaches, and one of the world’s largest open-air marine habitats.

There’s just as much to do once you’re out of the water. You’ll find the Mandara Spa, luxury shopping and a vibrant nightlife scene woven throughout the property.

The dining lineup is especially deep. Atlantis features more than 40 restaurants, lounges and bars, including concepts from Michelin-starred and celebrity chefs.

The bottom line is that getting to Atlantis just got a lot easier for travelers in our part of the world. With Tradewind Aviation flying twice daily from Stuart to Nassau aboard modern Pilatus PC-12 aircraft, and a private-terminal experience that cuts out the TSA lines and the wasted time, the journey to The Bahamas now feels a lot more like the vacation itself — starting the moment you leave the ground.
