Sandals Resorts is investing $200 million to redesign three of its flagship Jamaica properties, an effort the brand is framing as a new era of Caribbean luxury. The reinvestment reaches across Sandals Royal Caribbean, Sandals South Coast and Sandals Montego Bay, with upgraded accommodations, expanded dining and design meant to draw guests closer to the water at each resort.

At Sandals Royal Caribbean, the centerpiece is an upgraded private island along with a first-ever dining concept called Suppa, which leans into Jamaican flavors. The resort, known for its overwater bungalows, has been reimagined to bring guests nearer to the sea at every turn, with new suites and a renewed emphasis on local dining. Beachside bites and cocktails are anchored by the Parisol Beach Club. Its location is part of the appeal, sitting next door to Sandals Montego Bay so guests can move between the two resorts.

Sandals South Coast, set within a 500-acre protected natural reserve, is positioned as Jamaica at its most wide open and secluded, with lush landscaping and stretches of beach to call your own. The redesign brings refreshed suites, enhanced pools, new dining and bar experiences, and wellness woven into the stay.

Sandals Montego Bay, where the brand’s story began, is elevating its original status with a striking new open-air lobby, a high-tech fitness center and expanded swim-up suites that bring the sea directly to the doorstep. The award-winning resort has been reimagined for a new era of all-inclusive travel while holding onto the elements that made it iconic.

Together, the three projects represent one of the more significant reinvestments in Sandals’ home market, doubling down on Jamaica as the heart of the brand.
