This $6.75 Million Beachfront Villa Just Sold in Eleuthera

There are fewer than 100 homes on Windermere Island, the private enclave just off the coast of Eleuthera where long stretches of empty sand, low-slung estates and dense dunes replace the larger resort footprint found elsewhere in The Bahamas. Now, one of the island’s notable beachfront properties has changed hands.

The estate, called Far Horizon, has officially sold after listing for $6.75 million. The final sale price was not disclosed.
