Accor’s planned debut of the Pullman brand in the Caribbean has been delayed, with the Pullman Royal Key Wellness Resort in Guadeloupe now scheduled to open in late 2026.

The property, set on the northeastern coast of Grande-Terre in Le Moule, was initially expected to join Accor’s regional portfolio this year.

The updated timeline reflects adjustments in the development schedule as the resort prepares to anchor a new phase of hospitality growth on the island. It’s the first major new resort on the island in decades.

When completed, Pullman Royal Key will feature 102 rooms along with several bars and restaurants, a wellness center and spa, a fitness room, a swimming pool, and facilities for meetings and events. The resort is being positioned as a contemporary, wellbeing-focused retreat that blends modern design with the island’s protected landscapes.

Accor says the project aims to offer guests immersion in the natural environment and local culture, while delivering the service and design approach associated with the Pullman brand. It will be the brand’s first property anywhere in the Caribbean.

The opening will add a significant new international resort to the Guadeloupe hotel market. The Pullman Royal Key Wellness Resort is now expected to welcome its first guests in the final quarter of 2026, Caribbean Journal has confirmed.
