Caribbean Airlines has a new update system for bags.

Caribbean Airlines has launched a new proactive baggage notification system, giving travelers clearer, real-time updates about their checked luggage throughout their journey.

The feature delivers automated email alerts at key touchpoints, including confirmation that a customer’s bag has been loaded onto the aircraft and notification when it arrives at its final destination. The airline says the goal is to make the travel experience more transparent and reassuring.

Acting Chief Executive Officer Nirmala Ramai said the program reflects the carrier’s ongoing commitment to improving the customer journey. “This initiative is part of our consistent focus on improving the customer experience. By giving our passengers timely, accurate updates about their baggage, we are addressing one of the most common concerns in air travel. Building confidence throughout the journey,” she said.

The notification capability follows Caribbean Airlines’ recent network-wide implementation of Luggage Logistics’ Load & Track baggage management system, now active across all its stations.

Adam Dalby, CEO of Luggage Logistics, said Caribbean Airlines’ adoption of the platform marks a milestone for the company.

“Caribbean Airlines is our tenth national carrier, and I am delighted to have them as one of our customers. The professional and forward-thinking team had the vision to ensure their new baggage management solution met all their requirements and more. We look forward to collaborating with the team with the combined aim of driving improvements and operational efficiency throughout their network,” he said.
