The Caribbean Tourism Organization will host Caribbean Weekend in Miami 2025, a four-day regional gathering set for Dec. 4–8 at the Loews Coral Gables Hotel. The event will bring together tourism ministers, directors, private-sector partners and industry stakeholders for a series of meetings and programs focused on the state of Caribbean tourism.

The schedule includes business sessions, committee meetings and policy discussions centered on resilience, recovery and long-term growth across the region. CTO has released a program-at-a-glance and will provide additional details in the coming weeks.

On Friday, Dec. 5, CTO will host a holiday dinner and fundraiser in partnership with its Allied Members. The goal is to raise one hundred thousand dollars for the CTO Foundation to support disaster relief and tourism restoration in Jamaica and Haiti following the impact of Hurricane Melissa.

Dona Regis-Prosper, Secretary-General and CEO of the organization, said the initiative reflects the region’s ongoing commitment to supporting tourism workers and communities still recovering from the storm.

On Saturday, the weekend’s signature event, the “Reimagining Caribbean Tourism Together” summit, will take place aboard Royal Caribbean’s Icon of the Seas. Sponsored by Royal Caribbean Group, the summit will bring regional leaders together to explore new approaches to sustainable tourism development and economic expansion across the Caribbean.

Throughout the event, attendees will have access to the CTO Knowledge Exchange Kiosk, which highlights the organization’s products, research and resources aimed at supporting innovation and growth across member destinations.
