I couldn’t help but wonder — if paradise had a cocktail, what would it taste like?

Maybe a little Sauvignon Blanc, a hint of watermelon, and just enough sunshine to blur the line between day and night.

On the edge of the Caribbean, where the sea turns gold at dusk, Royalton CHIC Antigua has found the answer — a new collection of cocktails created with Sarah Jessica Parker’s own Invivo X, SJP wines, designed for those moments when the only thing better than the view is the glass in your hand.

Launching in December at Pescari, the resort’s signature overwater restaurant, the new lineup features six tropical cocktails crafted with Invivo X, SJP’s acclaimed Sauvignon Blanc and inspired by the resort’s signature blend of sophistication and playfulness. Developed by Royalton CHIC Antigua’s in-house mixology team, the drinks will be served exclusively at the resort — and nowhere else in the world.

“At Royalton Hotels & Resorts, we are always looking for ways to surprise and delight our guests, and this collaboration with Invivo X, SJP embodies that vision perfectly,” said Alejandro Rodriguez del Peon, Vice President of Marketing & PR, Royalton Hotels & Resorts, in a statement shared with Caribbean Journal. “By pairing our signature Royalton CHIC energy, sophistication of Sarah Jessica Parker’s award-winning wines and the creativity of our mixology team, we’ve created a cocktail program that is truly one-of-a-kind. As we celebrate 15 years of delivering unforgettable vacation experiences, this collaboration with Invivo X, SJP is a toast to everything that makes Royalton Hotels & Resorts unique.”

A Collection Made for Island Evenings
The limited-edition menu takes classic favorites and reimagines them with an island twist. Standouts include “Hello, Summer,” a blend of fresh watermelon, lime, vodka, and Sauvignon Blanc; “Golden Hour,” a sunset-ready mix of frozen mango, grenadine, Blue Curaçao, and a pineapple crown; and “When in Antigua,” a vibrant sangria with brandy and orange juice. There’s also “Mint Condition,” a crisp Sauvignon Blanc mojito; “Escape from New York,” made with elderflower and lemon; and “Spritz & Tell,” a refreshing, wine-forward spritz made for golden afternoons.

Overwater Dining, Elevated
With its panoramic ocean views and open-air design, Pescari offers the perfect stage for the debut — a setting where the sun melts into the horizon and the music picks up just as the cocktails start flowing. The restaurant’s “Diningtainment” concept blends energy and elegance, featuring live DJs and CHIC Angels who bring the Royalton spirit to life with style and flair.

The new cocktail experience is more than a menu addition — it’s an expression of the resort’s “Party Your Way” philosophy, where guests can celebrate, unwind, and enjoy their own kind of luxury. It also marks the next step in Royalton CHIC’s ongoing collaboration with Invivo X, SJP, now also featured at Royalton CHIC Cancun.

These Aruba Resorts Have the Island’s Best All-Inclusive Options

The story of Aruba’s all-inclusive resorts began more than half a century ago, when the island’s first Divi property opened in 1969 — named for the windswept divi-divi tree that still lines its beaches. It was a bold idea at the time: a self-contained Caribbean vacation where everything was included, and every day could unfold on island […]
