Sandals Just Added 22 New All-Inclusive “Villas” in Saint Lucia — And They All Have Private Plunge Pools

They all come with private plunge pools like this.

There’s a moment when you step onto your own rooftop and the air feels different. The hillside drops away below, the Caribbean Sea stretches beyond the edge of the terrace, and the sky becomes the evening’s only ceiling.

This is where the day can end quietly, with the sound of waves below, or begin with a sunrise no one else can see. At Sandals Regency La Toc, that rooftop belongs to you — part of a new generation of private villas reshaping the way guests experience Saint Lucia.

The all-inclusive resort has unveiled 22 Rondoval Butler Villas, each a standalone retreat tucked into the hillside, framed by tropical greenery. Every villa includes a plunge pool, outdoor soaking tub, and butler service.

Eight of these new villas take the experience higher with a private rooftop and Sandals’ Stargazing Concierge — so you can make the most of your time on the roof – and enjoy something that is one of the hottest experiences for travelers to the Caribbean right now.

Guests can choose curated night-sky experiences — moonlit picnics, rooftop cocktails, or guided celestial viewing — a direct response to the growing demand for structured “astrotourism” programming.

The evolution extends to the culinary side with the arrival of Buccan, the brand’s open-fire restaurant concept first launched at the increasingly popular Sandals Saint Vincent resort (one that is having a huge impact on that destination).

The eatery is “designed for shared meals and long conversations,” according to Sandals.

Some of the villas have rooftops, like the one above.

Buccan will feature dishes built around local ingredients like green fig, callaloo, and spiced rum, anchoring the resort’s food program more deeply in its island setting.

These additions mark a clear step in the property’s development, introducing elevated spaces and defined culinary concepts designed to expand how guests interact with the destination itself.

And they’re another sign of the diversity of room product at Sandals’ all-inclusive resorts across the Caribbean.

So what about prices? The Rondoval Butler Villas start at around $682 per person per night, according to Sandals. For a “sky villa” with a private pool and a rooftop, the rate is about $832 per person per night.
