It's one of the hottest events on the Caribbean culinary circuit.

At Marina Casa de Campo, the music starts as the sun dips behind the yachts. Glasses clink, the scent of grilled seafood drifts through the air, and some of the culinary world’s most recognizable names are about to take the stage. It’s almost time for one of the Dominican Republic’s most anticipated fall events — think an event that’s equal parts Aspen and the Caribbean.

From Oct. 10–11, 2025, Casa de Campo Resort & Villas will host the third edition of its Food & Wine Festival, a two-day celebration filled with celebrity chef demos, wine and spirits tastings, and open-air dinners under the stars. What began as a niche culinary weekend has grown into a marquee event that attracts food lovers from across the Caribbean and beyond.

A Star-Studded Culinary Lineup

This year’s festival will feature Chef Hubert Keller, famed for Fleur de Lys and Burger Bar; Scott Conant, celebrated for turning simple ingredients into soulful dishes; Joe Isidori, the Michelin-starred co-founder of Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beers; and Chef Tita, one of the Dominican Republic’s most important culinary voices, known for championing local products and Dominican heritage.

Across two evenings at Marina Casa de Campo, the chefs will lead cooking demonstrations, tastings and signature events designed to showcase both global flavors and Dominican culinary traditions.

Champagne Lunches and Dancing Under the Stars

The schedule blends fine dining with a sense of place. On Saturday, Oct. 11, Chef Scott Conant will host an exclusive Armand de Brignac Champagne pairing lunch at La Piazzetta in Altos de Chavón, sponsored by American Express. That evening, the festival wraps up with Dinner Under the Stars at Minitas Beach Club — a beachfront culinary showcase that’s become one of Casa de Campo’s signature events.

Evenings spill over into Plaza Portofino, where live DJ sets and dancing stretch the festivities late into the night.

How to Join

Festival access is $125 per person per day, with Dinner Under the Stars priced at $200 per person. Packages that include full festival access and special events are also available for resort guests.

For reservations, call (855) 233-8956 or email res1@casadecampo.com.do. Dinner Under the Stars reservations can be made through the Concierge at 809-523-2165/2166.

How to Get There

Casa de Campo Resort & Villas is located in La Romana, Dominican Republic, about a 10-minute drive from La Romana International Airport, which offers select direct flights and private aviation services. The resort is also a 45-minute drive from Punta Cana International Airport, which has extensive international connections, and about 90 minutes from Santo Domingo’s Las Américas International Airport.

Of course, the easiest way is to take American Airlines’ nonstop service from Miami directly to La Romana International Airport, which is on the grounds of the resort.
