Turks and Caicos Luxury Project The Loren at Turtle Cove Hits New Construction Phase

Grace Bay’s latest luxury development has reached a milestone. The Loren at Turtle Cove, a resort and residences project on Providenciales, has now topped out at the fifth floor, where two penthouses are set to crown the property with sweeping turquoise views and high-end finishes.

The development’s vertical progress has been matched by steady work across the site. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems are moving into place, walls are being rendered for finishing, and ceilings and walkways are framed. Villas along the beachfront are also advancing: the first now has walls and systems complete, the second is adding windows and balconies, and another is rising with its second floor poured. A fourth has just broken ground.
