A 14-Acre Private Island in The Bahamas Is on the Market for $650K

A new private island listing has surfaced in the northern Bahamas with the offering of Wood Cay, a 14-acre property situated just 2.5 miles from Old Bahama Bay Resort and Yacht Harbour in West End, Caribbean Journal Invest has learned.

The island lies 56 miles east of West Palm Beach, Florida, placing it among the closest Bahamian cays to the U.S. mainland. Its position near an established yachting hub and within reach of Freeport International Airport provides a measure of accessibility that distinguishes it from more remote island holdings.
