Planning a Trip to St Kitts and Nevis? Here’s the Entry Form You Need to Fill Out First

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - July 6, 2025 - 1:55 pm

If you’re heading to St Kitts and Nevis, there’s one important step you need to take before boarding your flight: completing the country’s official online Immigration and Customs ED form.

All travelers—whether you’re arriving for a weekend getaway or an extended stay—must fill out the form in advance of travel through the government’s official portal: www.knatravelform.kn.

The digital form replaces the paper arrival cards traditionally handed out on the plane and is required for everyone entering the twin-island federation, including citizens and residents.

Visitors from countries that require a visa must also upload their visa and supporting documents when submitting the form.

The application includes standard travel details like your arrival information, accommodation, passport data, and a health declaration (along with a selfie).

Once complete, you’ll receive a confirmation QR code that you should save to your phone or print out to show upon arrival.

The form is part of St Kitts and Nevis’ broader e-border platform, which is designed to streamline arrivals and enhance border security. By submitting your form in advance, you’ll speed up your airport experience and avoid unnecessary delays.

If you’re a national of an OECS country, you don’t need an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA), but you still need to submit the Immigration and Customs ED form.

Non-OECS visitors may also need to apply for an eTA through the same site. The eTA currently costs $8.50 and will increase to $17 starting Sept. 1, 2025. It can be submitted up to 90 days before your trip.

Whether you’re flying into Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport in St Kitts or Vance W. Amory International Airport in Nevis, filling out the online form is a must.

The bottom line: If you’re planning a trip to St Kitts and Nevis, make sure to visit www.knatravelform.kn before you go.
