LIAT Is Launching Its New Antigua – Montego Bay Route
It could be the perfect island-hopping vacation. LIAT is adding a major new connection in the Caribbean — and it’s launching next week.
The Caribbean carrier will begin nonstop service between Antigua and Montego Bay, Jamaica on July 11, marking a significant expansion of its network under the LIAT 20 brand — and a boost for island-hopping travelers.
The new route will operate three times per week from Antigua to Montego Bay on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, with return flights from Montego Bay to Antigua on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
Montego Bay, Jamaica’s bustling tourism hub, becomes one of the latest additions to the airline’s revitalized schedule — enhancing connectivity between the two Caribbean hotspots.
The move is part of LIAT’s ongoing effort to reestablish critical inter-island air links that were disrupted in recent years. With demand for regional travel rebounding, the Antigua-based airline is looking to play a central role in restoring seamless Caribbean mobility.

As LIAT continues to rebuild, the Montego Bay launch signals a clear message: intra-Caribbean travel is back in motion and so is island hopping.
