The 5 Best All-Inclusive Resorts in Turks and Caicos, From Private-Island Luxury to Family Fun

By: Guy Britton - June 16, 2025 - 4:55 pm

Turks and Caicos isn’t known for endless rows of all-inclusive resorts. In fact, compared to other Caribbean destinations, the options here are surprisingly few. But what the destination lacks in quantity, it more than makes up for in quality. This is a destination that favors low-density development and a slower, more refined pace—and the all-inclusive resorts that do exist reflect that philosophy. Whether you’re looking for a high-energy family vacation, a romantic private-island escape, or an adults-only getaway, Turks and Caicos delivers with a handful of exceptional properties that combine the convenience of all-inclusive with the beauty and privacy the islands are famous for.

From Grace Bay to a remote paradise, these are the best all-inclusive resorts in Turks and Caicos—and each one offers its own unique version of the island dream, all based on my decades of experience traveling to Turks and Caicos and the broader Caribbean.

The resort has a collection of toes-in-the-sand bungalows and stunning villas, like Dream Villa, above. And yes, the villas are all-inclusive, too.

Ambergris Cay – a Private-island sanctuary meets barefoot luxe

The stillness hits first. The kind of stillness only a private island can offer—no hum of traffic, no distant chatter, just breeze through sea grapes and the soft crunch of coral sand underfoot. Morning coffee arrives on your terrace as the ocean glows pale blue. There’s no schedule here, just possibility: kayaking through mangrove channels, floating over reef with a snorkel, casting a line from the pier at dusk. It’s not isolation—it’s clarity.

Set on a 1,100-acre island southeast of Providenciales, Ambergris Cay is one of the most exclusive all-inclusive stays in the region. Guests arrive via complimentary private flight (to the resort’s own private international airport) and settle into one of 17 oceanfront bungalows or the spectacular luxury villas, each with its own heated plunge pool, outdoor shower, and personalized concierge service. Inclusions go beyond the usual: guided island hikes, bonefishing, sailing, tennis, and chef-prepared meals wherever you like. The fitness center is arguably the most spectacular I’ve ever seen in the Caribbean.

Dining is flexible and fresh, with options to eat beachside, in-villa, in the clubhouse or at the Calico restaurant. All transfers (including the short flight from Providenciales), beverages and dining are included. The best amenity? The Hangover Bar, a full-fledged floating bar you can only access by boat.

This place is perfect, and I absolutely fell in love on my first visit here. It’s one of those places that stays with you long after you leave. This isn’t just the best all-inclusive resort in Turks and Caicos. It’s one of the best all-inclusive resorts in the world.

Beaches Turks & Caicos – a family playground on Grace Bay

Every corner of the resort hums with energy. Kids sprint past in swimsuits, eyes locked on the next waterslide. Calypso sounds drift from a beachside bandstand. Somewhere, a couple sips frozen mojitos under a sea grape tree while teenagers battle it out on paddleboards offshore. It’s not just a family resort—it’s a small city of joy, layered with sun, salt, and laughter.

Beaches Turks & Caicos is the largest and most activity-rich resort in the country, spread across five distinct “villages” on a prime perch of Grace Bay Beach. The all-inclusive experience includes unlimited dining at 21 restaurants, 14 bars, scuba diving for certified divers, daily snorkeling trips, glass-bottom boat rides, kayaks, Hobie Cats, and a massive 45,000-square-foot Pirate’s Island Waterpark. For families, there’s a kids’ camp with certified nannies, Sesame Street character experiences, Xbox lounges, and teen-only hangouts. Accommodations range from beachfront walkouts to multi-bedroom family suites. Every activity, every meal, and every kids’ amenity is included. And it’s actually getting bigger, with a new wing called the Treasure Beach Village, replete with 101 suites, opening in 2026.

Alexandra Resort – Grace Bay comfort with a boutique feel

It starts with the sand. The beach is right there—soft, white, impossibly wide. The waves are gentle, the umbrellas perfectly spaced, and there’s always a cocktail nearby. Kids build sandcastles while couples read paperbacks. The vibe is easy, relaxed, confident. No chaos, no pretense—just a calm formula of sun, sea, and shared smiles, the rhythm that Provo is famous for.

Alexandra Resort is a beachfront all-inclusive property offering studio to four-bedroom suites, many with full kitchens and ocean views. Located directly on Grace Bay, the resort includes all meals and drinks at multiple restaurants, non-motorized water sports, bicycles, and complimentary shuttle access to sister resort Blue Haven. Guests enjoy à la carte dining, beach service, a large freeform pool, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Families will find added value with children under 12 staying and playing free. Guests have access to both properties’ amenities, doubling the dining and beach options.

Blue Haven Resort – Marina calm meets upscale hideaway

Palm trees lean gently over the water’s edge as yachts sway in the marina, their masts clicking softly in the breeze. From the infinity pool, the ocean shimmers beyond the boardwalk. Afternoons are for rum cocktails and long lunches by the sand, while quiet evenings stretch into grilled snapper, cool linen, and sea air. This is where the island slows down—and your mind follows.

Blue Haven Resort is set on a quiet corner of Providenciales, with just 45 spacious suites and studios tucked beside its private marina. It offers an all-inclusive experience that includes three restaurants and bars, beach service, premium drinks, a gym, spa access, bicycles, water sports, and a market café. Guests also enjoy complimentary shuttle service and full access to Alexandra Resort.

Even better? There are tons of water-based excursions on offer right from the marina.

Club Med Turkoise is the only adults-only all-inclusive in Turks and Caicos.

Club Med Turkoise – Adults-only escape with a playful spirit

A DJ cues up reggae-funk beside the pool while couples challenge each other to beach volleyball under glowing string lights. There’s a feel here that’s uniquely alive—where mornings are for yoga or windsurfing, and nights are for rum-fueled dancing and barefoot strolls by the waves.

Club Med Turkoise is Turks and Caicos’ only adults-only all-inclusive resort. Set on Grace Bay Beach, the resort has undergone a full renovation, adding a sleek new infinity pool, redesigned rooms with ocean views, the Blue Coral bar, and upgraded dining areas.

The experience includes all meals, snacks, alcoholic drinks, daily entertainment, sailing, windsurfing, snorkeling, flying trapeze, tennis, and fitness classes. Rooms feature daily-restocked minibars and turn-down service. With no kids and plenty of activities, Turkoise blends all-inclusive ease with a sociable, active energy ideal for adults looking to mix rest and play.

These five resorts are the pillars of Turks and Caicos all-inclusive resorts, each tuned to its own frequency. Ambergris Cay is the luxury recluse. Beaches is the family metropolis. Alexandra and Blue Haven offer an elegant duet. Club Med brings the party—adults only. Choose based on how you want your days to unfold: slow and silent, loud and social, or somewhere in between. Either way, the water is the same—clear, warm, and waiting.
