Frontier Airlines Just Launched a New Flight to Honduras’ Caribbean Gateway

By: Alexander Britell - June 12, 2025 - 4:50 pm

Frontier Airlines has continued its regional expansion with a brand-new flight to Honduras.

Frontier Airlines has officially launched its new nonstop service to the gateway to the Caribbean coast of Honduras: San Pedro Sula.

The carrier’s first-ever flight to Honduras landed on Thursday, connecting Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport with San Pedro Sula’s Ramon Villeda Morales International.

The new route is running twice per week.

San Pedro Sula is the closest airport in the country to Hondura’s very underrated Caribbean coast, which includes a number of popular island destinations like the increasingly popular Roatan.

So what about prices?

The nonstop service has rates starting at $317 roundtrip according to Google Flights data.

You can also fly Delta from Atlanta to San Pedro Sula, with service priced at $407 roundtrip.
