This Iconic Resort in Jamaica Is in the New Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue — For the First Time in Four Decades
Round Hill Hotel and Villas, the storied luxury resort in greater Montego Bay, Jamaica, is back in the spotlight—this time as a featured location in the 2025 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.
The issue, known for spotlighting the world’s most breathtaking destinations, includes a high-profile photo shoot at Round Hill, with models including Alix Earle, Roshumba, Christen Harper, Xandra, Nazanin Mandi, and Parris Goebel.
The photos showcase the resort’s signature white-sand beaches, lush gardens, and panoramic ocean views—alongside the glamour and energy that define the annual Swimsuit Issue.
It’s not the first time Sports Illustrated has chosen Round Hill for its pages. The resort was previously featured in the magazine in 1957 and again in 1983—cementing its legacy as a haven for tastemakers and style icons.

“We are honored to have been selected as a backdrop for Sports Illustrated’s latest Swimsuit Issue,” said Round Hill Managing Director Josef Forstmayr. “This feature beautifully captures the essence of our resort and the vibrant spirit of Jamaica, inviting travelers from around the world to experience our slice of paradise.”
Round Hill has long been one of Jamaica’s most exclusive getaways, offering a mix of oceanfront rooms and private villas, world-class service, and an intimate, laid-back atmosphere. It’s a place where old-school Caribbean charm meets understated luxury, and where the setting—tucked along a quiet cove just outside Montego Bay—feels worlds away.
We’ve stayed at the resort countless times, loving its retro-cool feel and Ralph Lauren-designed charm. The rooms in particular are some of the most exquisitely designed accommodations on the island — and the villas (including ones like the property John F Kennedy stayed in) are spectacular.
What about prices? You can find rooms starting at $795 per night right now on Google Hotels.
