Concord Wilshire Buys The Bahamas’ Grand Lucayan Resort

The Concord Wilshire company is buying the Grand Lucayan resort in The Bahamas, Caribbean Journal Invest has learned. 

The international real estate development firm has signed an $827 million deal with the government of The Bahamas to buy the resort.
