Four Seasons’ Caribbean Resort Pipeline 

It’s been more than three decades since Isadore Sharp identified the potential of the tiny island of Nevis in the Eastern Caribbean, helping to create what would be one of the defining resorts in the Caribbean landscape.

Now, a broad pipeline of new branded projects in development in the region bear the Four Seasons name, a group of properties that will significantly expand on the company’s existing footprint of three resorts: Nevis, Anguilla and Paradise Island. The focus? Residential resorts, part of the broader trend in the hotel development world, particularly in the Caribbean.
