What Four Seasons I will look like.

Luxury resort brands are getting into the small-ship cruise space. Ritz-Carlton already has two ships, and now Four Seasons is at it, too, with plans for a “yacht” of its own.

The Four Seasons I ship, which makes its debut in 2026, including a number of voyages in the Caribbean.

Now, the company has revealed the 11 different food and beverage concepts for the new ship, including a unique one: a champagne and caviar bar.

The adults-only terrace bar, called “Champagne and Caviar,” will have a selection of rare caviar, Balik salmon and a range of both Grand Cru and grower champagnes, along with sparkling wines from Italy and Spain. That’s complimented by a broader global wine list.

You’ll have the option of choosing tastings or “innovative creations,” the company says.

Other eateries range from a signature restaurant called Sedna to a sushi bar, Miuna.
