Bobby Flay Is Joining the Nassau Paradise Island Wine & Food Festival

It’s the biggest culinary event in The Bahamas: the Nassau Paradise Island Wine & Food Festival, which is now in hits third year at the Atlantis Paradise Island resort. 

This year’s event is running March 12-March 16, with some major new additions, including superstar chef Bobby Flay, who will be joined by new names including Kardea Brown, Katie Lee and Michael Symon. 

Returning for this year include JJ Johnson (who recently opened his FIELDTRIP at the resort), Alon Shaya, who has Silan in the Atlantis casino, and Michael White, whose Paranza was named one of the 50 best eateries in the Caribbean last year. 

There’s not just culinary talent, though. Bahamian legends the Baha Men will be performing at the popular Tacos and Tequila event, and Jamaican-American star Shaggy will be performing at the Jerk Jam. 

The festival also shines the spotlight on some of The Bahamas’ top chefs, including Julie Lightbourne of renowned Sip Sip, Kenneth McKenzie of McKenzie’s Fresh Conch, and Wayne Moncur of Sun & Ice.

Atlantis’ wide range of restaurants will be participating in the festival, from Carmine’s to Cafe Martnique to the only Shake Shack in the Caribbean. 

That’s along with the Dilly Club, a bar we’ve loved on our visits to Atlantis and named Caribbean Bar of the Year in 2024.
