This Grand Cayman Penthouse Is on the Market for $38 Million

It’s one of the most expensive listings on the market anywhere in the Caribbean right now: a five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom penthouse in Grand Cayman that just listed for $38 million, Caribbean Journal Invest has learned. 

“The Pearl” is set in the luxe Watermark development on Seven Mile Beach, with 22-foot ceilings, panoramic views and a rooftop terrace with its own private infinity pool.
