The Top All-Inclusive in St Maarten Just Added a New Rooftop With Views of the Island’s Famous Plane Landings

Live music, cocktails and rooftop views of the most famous spot in St Maarten. It’s called Cloud 9, and it’s the newest addition to the all-inclusive Sonesta Maho Beach Resort in St Maarten. 

The new rooftop bar is part of the just-launched Ultimate Adults-Only Club at the property, the special collection of elevated rooms and amenities. 

The new rooftop lounge has drinks and bites, along with live entertainment on certain nights. It’s instantly one of the most spectacular settings in St Maarten at a resort we’ve stayed at several times and consider the best all-inclusive on the island. 

It’s the perfect place to go plane spotting for the landings at St Maarten’s Princess Juliana International Airport, with a cocktail in hand. 

The new Ultimate Adults-Only Club launched at the end of last year at the dual-resort complex.

Guests at the adjacent adults-only Sonesta Ocean Point resort also have access to Cloud 9. 

So what about prices? 

Rooms in the Ultimate Adults-Only Club have prices at about $516 per night right now for stays in February. That gets you a king bed and a 440-square-foot room.
