Why Jean-Georges Is Coming to The Bahamas — And How You Join Him
It’s been a quarter century since Jean-Georges first brought his culinary artistry to The Bahamas, and now the legendary French chef is coming to his signature Paradise Island restaurant for a special dinner.
Jean-Georges will be making a special appearance at the Ocean Club, a Four Seasons Resort on Feb. 20, celebrating the 25th anniversary of Dune.
The event wil begin with cocktails followed by dinner and the chance to mingle with the world-renowned chef, with a mix of entrees and sides served family style right on the bluff outside of Dune.
The menu will feature dishes like hamachi sashimi, black truffle and fontina cheese pizza, spicy lobster pasta and dover sole, among others.
“It’s amazing that DUNE is celebrating 25 years of delivering an extraordinary dining experience,” said John Conway, General Manager of The Ocean Club. “When Chef Jean-Georges himself comes to The Ocean Club, it’s always an exciting time for our guests. He is a legend in the culinary industry, a true talent, and an inspiration to our culinary team. We look forward to this memorable evening in celebration of our signature restaurant, DUNE by Jean-Georges.”
The price? $425 per person. You can make reservations here.
Rates at the Ocean Club right now are starting at around $1,891 per night for that week.
