Atlantis Paradise Island Has a New GM for the Reef Residences
Atlantis Paradise Island has named a new general manager for its Reef Residences residential resort, Caribbean Journal has learned.
The Paradise Island resort has named Richie Kavanagh to the role; he had been serving as assistant general manager for both The Cove and The Reef Residences for the last three years.
In the new position, he will be overseeing the property’s operations.
“Richie’s proven ability to inspire teams and drive excellence has been instrumental in shaping the guest experience at The Reef Residences,” said Audrey Oswell, President and Managing Director of Atlantis Paradise Island. “He is an exceptional leader, strategist, and team motivator. His contributions have been invaluable thus far, and we look forward to his continued leadership as we enhance the guest experience and uphold the high standards of service at The Reef Residences.”
We’ve loved the Reef in our multiple stays at the property in recent years – it’s a luxurious, serene sanctuary within the broader Atlantis campus, and a great option for families in particular.
“I am honored and excited to receive this promotion from Atlantis Paradise Island,” said Richie Kavanagh. “Atlantis has long been synonymous with exceptional guest experiences, and I am eager to continue building on that legacy at The Reef Residences. I look forward to working closely with our dedicated team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests while upholding a culture of unmatched service and hospitality here in the Bahamas.”
