It’s one of the most popular wedding destinations in the Caribbean, and for good reason: Nassau and Paradise Island, the twin-island hotspot filled with terrific hotels, scenic “I do” spots and terrific airlift.
One of the best places for a wedding in Nassau? The luxe Rosewood Baha Mar, which just announced the appointment of a new wedding and social travel sales manager who will help facilitate “seamless execution” of on-property weddings and events.
The resort has tapped Shanna Jaycock to the role, who comes to the property having served most recently as the director of catering and conference services at the Four Seasons in Vail.
“We are delighted to have Shanna join our events team at Rosewood Baha Mar,” says Managing Director Monica Ortiz. “Her extensive background in luxury events and dedication to delivering outstanding client experiences make her an incredible addition. We look forward to seeing her bring her wealth of knowledge to life, enhancing our offerings and planning services while furthering our efforts to leave a lasting impression on our guests.”
She will be focusing on delivering “seamless event planning processes” and working closely with guests to coordinate their events before they arrive at the hotel.
Rates at Cable Beach’s most luxurious resort are running about $1,538 in late February.
