By: Caitlin Sullivan - January 24, 2025 - 11:41 am

St Kitts’ premier luxury resort has transformed three of its villa-style units, Caribbean Journal has learned.

The 124-room property has revamped its three-bedroom presidential villa along with a pair of one-bedroom bi-level villas with rooftop pools. (Those had previously been called “penthouse suites.”

“Every detail that went into the design of our new villas was carefully selected with our guests’ desires in mind,” said George Vlachopoulos, General Manager of Park Hyatt St. Kitts, in a statement shared with Caribbean Journal. “We are pleased to welcome return guests back with the refreshed experience of a residential feel, while introducing our resort to a whole new category of leisure travelers.”

They’re some of the most striking villa-style units in the Caribbean.

The one-bedroom villas are massive: they have 2,300 square feet of space, rooftop pools and outdoor showers.

The three-bedroom villa has 5,280 square feet of interior space, along with a private infinity pool and a lounge area that even comes with its own pool table.

What about prices?

The one-bedroom bi-level villas will run you about $3,246 per night.

For the three-bedroom presidential villa, rates are about $5,370 per night.

Villas are arguably the fastest-growing category in the Caribbean, with more and more travelers in the luxury segment demanding residential-style amenities and larger space.
