United Airlines is adding a new nonstop flight to Belize, Caribbean Journal has learned.
The new route will be connecting San Francisco with Belize, in another boost for the increasingly popular destination on the Caribbean coast of Central America.
The new weekly flight will kick off on March 15, according to data from Google Flights, operating once every week on Saturdays.

So what will it cost?
You can find fares for about $659 round trip right now for the flight, which takes a little under five and a half hours.
Long an afterthought for many Caribbean destinations, California is increasing in prominence as a source market for Caribbean travel, with a growing number of flights connecting the west coast with the region.
