A “Wild” Wine Weekend in Nevis

By: Jose Antonio - December 30, 2024

Nevis’ top luxury resort is set to host a big wine weekend for Presidents’ Day, Caribbean Journal has learned.

The Four Seasons Resort Nevis is hosting Food Network star Katie Lee Siegel for a wine-fueled event from Feb. 16-18.

Biegel is taking her popular “Kind of Wild” organic wine to the resort, where she will work with the property’s food and beverage team to curate three days of wine-focused programming.

That includes a series of wine tastings at the Crowned Monkey rum bar, three days of wine pairing suggestions at the On the Dune restaurant and a takeover at the Resort Pier for sunset sips.

“We are thrilled to welcome Katie Lee and the Kind of Wild team to Four Seasons Resort Nevis this February,” said Billy Cueto, the resort’s General Manager. “Their wines’ blend of quality craftsmanship and eco-conscious values matches the Four Seasons ethos of offering only experiences of exceptional quality to satisfy the needs and tastes of our discerning guests.”

Biegel is the host of Food Network’s’ talk show, The Kitchen, and the Cooking Channel show, Beach Bites with Katie Lee. She’s been a longtime visitor to the resort, which is one of the Caribbean’s top celebrity favorites.

“My family’s happy place is Four Seasons Nevis and we have made so many special memories there,” Biegel said. “We always look forward to our meals at the property, which is why I am so thrilled to be bringing Kind of Wild wines, our line of organic, zero sugar, environmentally-friendly wines, to the resort for an exciting culinary experience in collaboration with the on-premises bars and restaurants.”

The resort is also beloved by both CJ readers and editors. We particularly loved the villa experience at the propery on our recent stay.

So what about prices?

Rooms for that weekend start at about $1,226 per night right now with an advance purchase discount of 25 percent off. That gets you a “Nevis peak view” room, with a view of the island’s stunning volcano.
