Sun Country Airlines Is Adding More Flights to Montego Bay, Punta Cana and Cancun
Low-cost carrier Sun Country Airlines is ramping up its Caribbean flight this winter, Caribbean Journal has learned.
And the expansion is focused in one Midwestern city: Milwaukee.
On Dec. 26, the airline added its first-ever flights from Milwaukee to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, with service on Tuesdays and Sundays.
Next month, Sun Country will be launching flights from Milwaukee to Jamaica’s tourism hub of Montego Bay, with flights on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Both flights will be operating twice weekly, although the Punta Cana route will ramp up to four times every week in late January.
That’s along with augmented service to Cancun, which will be flying every day of the week.
So what about prices?
The Milwaukee-Punta Cana flight has prices starting at $682.39 in January, according to Sun Country’s website.
The Montego Bay flight will run you about $519.24 roundtrip.
