The New LIAT Just Added Another Caribbean Island: Trinidad
Bake ’n shark, doubles, cricket, carnival, Maracas. There’s no place in the Caribbean quite like Trinidad, and now it’s a bit easier to get there. Fast-expanding regional carrier Liat 20 has added Trinidad as the newest Caribbean island in its network.
The relaunched LIAT officially kicked off its newest route to Trinidad on Thursday, with the inaugural flight from Antigua. The new service connects Trinidad to five other destinations in the Eastern Caribbean.
Flights to Trinidad are operating five times per week on LIAT’s small Embraer jets (not the old prop planes you were used to on the former LIAT).
So what about prices?
Liat has one-way fares starting at $178.60, according to the company.
