Royal Caribbean’s New Beach Club in The Bahamas Will Have the “World’s Largest Swim-Up Bar”
Maybe you know Perfect Day at CocoCay, Royal Caribbean’s private-island destination in The Bahamas. It’s a key stop on many of the line’s Caribbean cruises. Well, the company is soon adding another destination in The Bahamas.
Next December, Royal will be debuting the new Royal Beach Club Paradise Island, a private beach destination on the iconic Bahamian island across the harbor from Nassau.
The new club will include everything from what Royal Caribbean calls the “world’s largest swim-up bar” to multiple pools and live music.
The company says it will launch sales of day passes and cabanas next spring.
The new club is “designed for every type of family and vacationer to get everything they want out of their ideal beach day – no matter the vibe they’re looking for,” Royal Caribbean CEO Michael Bayley said in a statement.
The club will be set on 17 acres on the far end of Paradise Island, which is most famous for its top resorts like Atlantis Paradise Island The Ocean Club.
Royal says it is adding more cruises that include Nassau, with sailings to the Bahamian capital out of six different ports from Miami to Baltimore.
It won’t be the only Royal Beach Club, either; in 2026, the cruise giant is adding a similar concept on the Mexican Caribbean island of Cozumel.
