Windstar’s New Boutique Caribbean Cruise Ship Will Have Everything From a Spa to an Ocean-Access Infinity Platform
It will soon be the newest Windstar cruise ship in the Caribbean: Star Seeker, the 112-suite stunner that just completed its float out in Portugal.
The first-ever “Star Class” ship for Windsor, will be heading for the Caribbean in January 2026 out of PortMiami.
So what do you need to know about tit?
Star Seeker will have five different dining concepts, along with a spa, a gym and a unique floating platform that gives guests access to the ocean “directly from the ship” and turns the sea into an “infinity pool,” the company says.
Windstar has plans to debut another ship in December 2026 called Star Explorer, which will be Star Seeker’s sister ship.
So what will Star Seeker cost?
Well, if you want to sail on the inaugural Caribbean cruise for Star Seeker, you’re looking at about $6191 per guest for the all-inclusive plan, and $5,399 per guest for the cruise only.
In recent years, small-ship cruises have become one of the most in-demand experiences in travel, with several luxury resort brands getting into the game like Ritz-Carlton (which just sent its second “yacht” to the Caribbean) and Four Seasons, which is also set to unveil its first boutique ship.
It’s an area that Windstar has long been a major player in, with a focus on taking guests to some of the Caribbean’s more fascinating and harder to reach ports.
