Regional carrier Cape Air has unveiled its newest livery, and it’s all about Caribbean spirit.
The new livery for one special Britten-Norman Islander plane celebrates the carrier’s “commitment to the Caribbean region.”
Starting this week, passengers traveling to Virgin Gorda and Culebra out of San Juan will be flying on the new, colorful plane, with a design anchored by a sea turtle.
The turtle embodies “longevity, patience, resilience and adaptability,” qualities the airline has worked to achieve over 35 years in the Caribbean.
The turtle is joined by a hibiscus flower and a school of fish.
“We are delighted to introduce this visually stunning livery as a tribute to the Caribbean, which holds a special place in our hearts,” Cape Air President and CEO Linda Markham. “As we celebrate our 35th anniversary, this livery serves as a testament to our enduring commitment to the region and Cape Air’s unwavering dedication to providing exceptional service to our passengers.”
