This US Virgin Islands Hotel Is on the Market for $11.9M

It’s quietly become one of the hotter hotel markets in the Caribbean, thanks to a wave of developer-focused incentives: the US Virgin Islands. 

More hotels in the USVI are starting to come on the market, and that includes this 50-bed hotel on the island of St Croix.
