The infinity pool looking out toward Nevis. The Stone Barn restaurant. The rum bar. The Park Hyatt St Kitts has been the island’s signature luxury resort since it first opened its doors back in 2017.
Now St Kitts’ premier resort has named a new general manager: industry veteran George Vlanchopoulos, who will oversee all aspects of the property, from the dining program to its event spaces.
Vlanchopoulos comes to the property after having served most recently as general manager of the Malliouhana resort in Anguilla when it was under the Auberge umbrella.
His previous stops include serving as general manager for the Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Thailand, Phulay Bay, and Indonesia’s Nihi Sumba Island Resort, among others.
The 124-room Park Hyatt St Kitts (which has 47 suites) is set within St Kitts’ Christophe Harbour, the primary development on the island’s stunning southeastern peninsula.
Are you planning a trip to St Kitts? It’s never been easier to get to the island, thanks to expanded American Airlines flights and, more recently, the first-ever JetBlue service to the island out of the New York market.
