A new Hilton hotel is coming to Grand Cayman, with plans for a “late 2025” debut, according to developer NCB Group.
Uniquely, Kailani Grand Cayman, which will be part of Hilton’s Curio Collection, aims to be the first true “business and wellness” property of its kind in Grand Cayman.
The hotel, set on “prime beachfront real estate,” will include a mix of one to three bedroom suites, as a full-fledged residential resort (with real estate on the market).
Other amenities will include a farm-to-table dining program and a “skyline spa,” among other features.
The property just announced the topping off of construction.
“We are proud to see Kailani progressing, and we look forward to our entrance into the hospitality space with this flagship project,” said Naul Bodden, president of NCB Group.
The new resort comes as Grand Cayman has already welcomed two new resorts this year: first, the boutique, wellness-focused Vida resort; and the new Hotel Indigo, the first-ever Indigo property in the Caribbean.
We explored the latter on our recent stay in Grand Cayman and were seriously impressed. You can read more here.
