A New 1,100-Acre Residential Resort Project in Puerto Rico

Think of it as Puerto Rico’s version of Palmetto Bluff: a 1,100-acre private residential resort community, with everything from a luxury hotel to a championship golf course to a 100-acre organic farm. 

The rise of luxury residential resort developments has been one of the biggest stories in the Caribbean since the pandemic, and now the island of Puerto Rico will soon be home to one of its own.
