Puerto Rico Penthouse Sold in Record-Breaking Transaction

A Puerto Rico penthouse has been sold in a record-breaking transaction, Caribbean Journal Invest has learned.

The penthouse at 1004 Ashford Avenue was sold for $13.442 million, the highest condo sale ever in the capital of San Juan.

It’s best known for its Miami Beach location, and now the Setai brand is coming to the Caribbean, Caribbean Journal Invest has learned.

It’s the biggest trend in Caribbean hotel development right now: the residential resort, and particularly the branded residential resort.
