A luxury villa at the Dominican Republic’s Casa de Campo resort is on the market for $27.5 million, Caribbean Journal Invest has learned.
Brisa Del Mar, a 12-bedroom, 12-bathroom retreat, is listed with The Agency’s Steven Ankrom and Santiago Arana.
The villa has an infinity pool, a jacuzzi, an outdoor barbecue area and, most notably, its own private beach.
It comes with access to the Casa de Campo facilities, ranging from its three Pete Dye-designed golf courses to the Minitas Beach Club.
The property was built in 2023, with 25,000 square feet of living space (a 50,000-square-foot lot).
