What isn’t there to love about Puerto Rico? It’s a U.S. territory that uses the U.S. dollar. It certainly has its own cultural charm and identity, spanning the white sand West Coast surfing utopia of Rincon to the visibly historic streets of Old San Juan. And sure, there’s Bad Bunny topping the music charts everywhere, too.

When it comes to moving to Puerto Rico, it’s San Juan that remains numero uno on so many folks’ lists. And, for good reason, being the commercial capital of the island, and boasting sizzling nightlife as well as residential options spanning the condo to villa spectrum and more.
